Every journey begins with an initial step. The old adage states that “charity begins at home”. In our home, we invite you to come and have conversations with us. Cassandra will share her passion for nutrogenics: the relationship between food and your biology.

Cass is a certified PHN and has lived a life undergirded by old and new wellness modalities which have changed her life.

We invite you to come, get away, and allow Cass and her collaborative team of nurse practitioners and clinical nutritionists to work with you.  The journey to restorative health begins with completing a comprehensive health history, and labs that assess your health markers. All conversations happen around the table. 

Wholesome food choices and restorative sleep, guided movement, and prayer/ meditation are the most impactful changes we can embrace for ourselves. At FCCRH we serve wholesome tasty & nutritious meals; our plant-based menu is curated to help restore health and healing to your body, mind, and spirit.
